Hiii I'm Maddie! Your self-celebration advocate and the camera wielder behind Ritual Intimates. When I'm not makin' magic in my studio you'll find me in the woods, at a concert, playing video games, or hanging out with the people I love.

I am deeply inspired by light, nature, films, music, and movement - and I am forever inspired by everyone who steps in front of my camera. We harness so much power and expression through photography, and it's my goal to help show that to you, to help you embody all of your magic and power.

I have been photographing for over 10 years, and Ritual Intimates was created to hold space for self expression and creating art through intimate imagery, by simply existing as we are right now. Existing in a body and navigating through life is not easy - but the most important thing my photo journey has shown me is the priceless value of being seen, and how divine, powerful, and deserving of love we are. You will always have a place in my studio.

How it all works

I. Booking

Say hello! I love connecting with you to go over all of the session details. Tell me about any of your visions, ideas, and inspirations. Reach out through our contact form and all of the details will be sent over to you for us to get to know each other, and get your session booked.

II. preparation

You'll have all bases covered with our in-depth prep guide upon booking; with access to our outfit inspiration link plus tons of tips & pointers to make sure you're feeling ready & seen before your session. Those pre-sesh nerves will turn into excitement before you know it and I'm here for you!

III. the session

Your session will start with professional hair and makeup, followed by a 90 minute boudoir session in our Akron studio. I'll guide you through a series of poses from head to toe. I'll probably hand you a sword or various cool weapon if you want. All you have to worry about is showing up.

IV. viewing

After your session we will break while I go through your images and prepare them for your viewing + ordering appointment. When you come back we will view your stunning gallery and curate the collection of your dreams - building custom albums, digital galleries, and wall art pieces.

The Studio

Ritual Intimates is located in Downtown Akron's Canal Place, which was once a part of the BF Goodrich Tire Factory. Our industrial loft is the perfect mix of industrial charm, meets modern renaissance.

"What is the Investment?"

Once booked, your payment plan details will be arranged for you within two weeks of booking. We have collections ranging from $1750-$6000. Our clients on average spend $2250-4200 on their collections. Once booked, your payment plan details will be arranged for you within two weeks of booking. Payment plans are available up to 12 months in advance, and Affirm & Afterpay are accepted.
